We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Engineer to join amana team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through thorough testing, defect identification, and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans for SIT and UAT phases.
• Perform manual testing to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
• Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate tools, assigning severity and priority accurately.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Postman for test management, API validation, and data verification.
• Provide clear, concise, and well-documented test results and feedback.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Proven ability to prepare and execute structured test documentation (scenarios, cases, plans).
• Strong understanding of test methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
