About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Group’s Marketing Department. This role will primarily focus on social media management, supporting brand consistency, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across channels.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, website, paid ads).
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and seasonal priorities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and copy.
  • Monitor campaign performance in collaboration with the media buying agency.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Align with internal teams across all companies within the Group to ensure unified communication strategies.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on branding and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for brand tone and consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
