Job Description

• Perform full cycle accounting (from journal entries to reconciliation to closing to financial statement preparation). 
• Review of accounts and investigation of variances then setting recovery plans.
• Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems. 
• Developing accounting procedures to improve the efficiency of company operations, and managing check runs, including receiving check requests and expense reports and verifying that they are in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure the monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sup-ledgers with HO, suppliers and customers.
• Managed accounting staff to ensure month closing deadlines were met.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and year-end close requirements to meet corporate reporting deadlines.
• Follow up Suppliers accounts (Domestic and Foreign). 
• Control and check payment either through checks or through petty cash to ensure applying of purchasing and cash disbursement procedure. 
• Preparing financial and accounting reports on monthly basis (Intercompany & affiliate report., Actual vs. budget analysis, receivables ageing, Accruals & Provisions …. Etc.)
