Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams to ensure design consistency.
Prepare and submit drawings and documents for authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Develop and present architectural design concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings.
Manage project documentation and ensure timely communication between clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
