This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, delivering sales presentations, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, updating CRM systems, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Telesales Representative will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support
- Strong Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in telesales or a related role is a plus
