Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Team Leader located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Team Leader will manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient handling of customer inquiries. The role includes monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, resolving escalated issues, and implementing customer service strategies to improve overall service quality.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Support
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
