The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy to strengthen Imperium Group’s brand presence, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, high-end client engagement, and business development support.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the architecture, real estate, or luxury design sector, with experience in integrated marketing, PR, digital campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning:
  • Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish Imperium Group as a leading luxury architecture firm in the UAE market.
  • Define and implement branding guidelines, storytelling, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to refine marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, brochures, case studies, and sales presentations.


2- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition.
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and paid social media strategies to maximize visibility.
  • Implement data-driven performance tracking to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure a strong social media presence with engaging content showcasing Imperium Group’s projects, expertise, and industry leadership.
  • Manage the development and optimization of the company website, landing pages, and digital assets.


3- Client & Business Relationship Management

  • Act as the marketing liaison between the firm and high-profile clients, developers, and partners.
  • Oversee client outreach initiatives, CRM management, and targeted marketing efforts to strengthen client relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support lead conversion.
  • Develop and manage client engagement strategies, personalized marketing campaigns, and VIP experiences.


4- Public Relations & Industry Positioning

  • Build relationships with media, journalists, and industry publications to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead press releases, media pitches, and interviews to position Imperium Group as a thought leader.
  • Represent the company at luxury design expos, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Identify collaborations, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to strengthen market positioning.

5- Event Marketing & High-Profile Engagements:

  • Plan and execute exclusive client events, industry seminars, and high-end networking functions.
  • Oversee sponsorships and speaking engagements at prestigious design and architecture events.
  • Develop experiential marketing strategies to showcase the firm’s expertise to elite clientele.


6- Performance Tracking & Budget Management:

  • Establish and track KPIs, marketing analytics, and campaign ROI to measure effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury architecture, high-end real estate, or premium interior design.
  • Proven expertise in luxury brand positioning, digital marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email automation.
  • Experience in CRM management, lead nurturing, and high-profile client engagement.
  • Established relationships with media, press, and influencers in the luxury design sector.
  • Demonstrated success in event marketing, sponsorships, and public relations initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
