Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor (UK Account), located in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, assisting customers with their travel inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Travel Advisor will execute day-to-day tasks such as booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, addressing customer queries and concerns, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Proficiency in handling UK travel accounts is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexible to work in shifts and adaptable to dynamic work environments
