Main Purpose of the Job:


Polaris Parks is Egypt’s leading industrial real estate developer, committed to enabling industrial growth through innovation, efficiency, and service excellence. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a distinguished Administrative Manager Assistant to join our administration team. The role will serve cross-functionally across all departments, providing critical support in managing governmental interactions and administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and submit required documentation to Social Insurance Authority, Labor Office, and other relevant governmental and administrative authorities for licenses, permits, and certificates (Traffic Department, Industrial Development Authority, etc.)
  • Coordinate with GAFI, IDA, and Mogammaa to obtain construction licenses and governmental approvals.
  • Track, prioritize, and manage time-bound renewals of periodic licenses and regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain an organized archiving system for documents and correspondence, both digital and hard copy.
  • Provide hands-on support in resolving day-to-day administrative challenges.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on all governmental interactions and documentation workflows.


Qualification:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to effectively deal with governmental personnel and administrative offices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • V. Good command of English is required (to interact with foreign nationals within the company)
  • Valid driving license is a must.
  • Residence in 6th of October City or nearby area is preferred
