- Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s technological products and solutions to effectively address customer needs.
- Guide clients through product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the showroom, ensuring displays are up-to-date and products are presented attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and special offers within the showroom.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s point-of-sale system.
- Collect and report customer feedback to management to help improve products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
