• Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring safe and timely pick-up/delivery.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs brokers for seamless clearance.

* Verify and process shipping documents (e.g., invoices, Bills of Lading) for accuracy.

* Track shipments, resolve delays, and update stakeholders on order status.

* Maintain logs, prepare reports, and monitor delivery schedules.

* Liaise with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to fulfill customer demands.

• Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

* 2-3 years in logistics/supply chain coordination.

* Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
