What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Managing the full production and marketing process for real estate events, openings, and activations from start to finish.
• Handling suppliers for printing, signage, fabrication, and on-ground installations.
• Coordinating brand activations, launches, and experiences with developers, F&B brands, and lifestyle partners.
• Turning creative concepts into real-world setups that look great and actually work.
• Working closely with the creative and client servicing teams to make sure every event feels like Ctrl+.

YOU MUST

• Live in Sheikh Zayed (or commute daily to Ivory Business Park)
• Have experience in real estate events, production, or brand activations, ideally at an events agency or developer marketing team.
• Understand printing specs, stage builds, floor plans, and supplier coordination.
• Can manage several projects at once without losing focus.
• Stay calm when everyone else is running around.

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked on openings or activations for real estate, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Speak fluent production Arabic and understand production terms like “sekeena,” “alicobond,” and “veneeel.”
• Have a solid list of reliable suppliers who actually deliver.
