Job Summary:


The role is focusing on leading initiatives aimed at analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in re-engineering projects to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Engage with department heads to understand security needs and business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote security awareness and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain matrix security protocols and rule-based frameworks and policy.
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure adherence to security standards and regulations
  • Prepare and present reports on security management and process performance to senior leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, and process maps.
  • Lead and mentor a team of security analysts and process engineers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Review application control matrix every year
  • Coordinate internal and external auditors.


Job Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business or IT-related roles.
