We are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to join our leadership team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a strategic marketing vision that supports the company’s ongoing growth. With two established projects and a new development soon to be launched, this is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing initiatives that make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support current operations and upcoming project launches.
• Lead performance marketing efforts and analyze key metrics to optimize campaign ROI.
• Manage digital marketing, branding, PR, and event strategies across multiple projects.
• Leverage strong experience in digital marketing to drive innovative campaigns and enhance online presence.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador in public events, industry forums, and media interactions.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong strategic thinking and performance-driven mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
• Experience in real estate or development sectors is highly desirable
