We’re looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team and help us drive process excellence and customer satisfaction.
Work location: 6 October city
🔹 What you’ll do:
- Audit calls, chats & back-office work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs and share constructive feedback with agents & team leaders.
- Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
🔹Requirements::
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Auditor/Analyst in Customer Service (BPO).
- Strong knowledge of quality processes & continuous improvement.
- Graduation degree required.
- B2 English level
