Job Description
- Design, develop, and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for building projects in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems in project designs.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Supervise and inspect on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and guide contractors/subcontractors.
- Perform calculations and simulations for load, energy efficiency, and system performance.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and prepare progress reports.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in MEP engineering within construction/building services.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant engineering software.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
