Job Description

As a Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and analyze test-related downtimes to minimize production disruptions and ensure process continuity.
- Coordinate independently with EMDEP, Pineffer TSK, and the Information Services Department. Provide timely feedback to the central test team when technical issues arise.
- Oversee all on-site test equipment, manage purchases and orders for test systems, and ensure organized spare parts storage and control.
- Configure Test PCs based on work instructions, develop and maintain test programs, and modify electrical test programs in response to approved Electrical Test Modification Requests (ETMRs).
- Conduct risk assessments for test jigs, follow the Periodical Maintenance Plan, and ensure full compliance with maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

-  0-1 year of experience related.
- Strong technical background in test engineering and electrical systems.
- Solid understanding of downtime, uptime, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and maintenance principles.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Very good command of English and MS Office.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
