Job Description

1.Follow on with the execution of daily delivery routes and ensure

on-time dispatch and arrival.

 

2.Coordinate with 3PL drivers and logistics partners to ensure

adherence to planned routes and service standards.

 

3.Track vehicle movements and communicate real-time updates to the

Logistics Specialist.

 

4.Collect, verify, and file delivery documentation such as

shipping orders, proof of delivery, and invoices.

 

5.Report any deviations, delays, or issues in delivery to the

Logistics Specialist for immediate action.

 

6.Ensure vehicles are properly utilized and report vehicle

breakdowns or misuse to the relevant parties.

 

7.Maintain a log of 3PL fleet availability, usage, and turnaround

times.

 

8.Support inventory movements and confirm dispatch accuracy

against planned routes.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, transport operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with 3PL providers is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and delivery workflows.
• Basic knowledge of route planning and transportation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP or transport tracking tools is a plus
