Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies process improvement needs for the mechanical maintenance function, ensuring customer needs are efficiently met.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical maintenance and related extra works prior to execution.
• Plan and analyze all possible maintenance methodologies and recommends the best options to the Design Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Familiar with all related Mechanical software.
• Work on the effective and efficient delivery of the community maintenance services.
• Ensures availability of 24-hour maintenance service for the destination and its community.
• Oversees maintenance and repair requests for home owners and commercials ensuring adequate service level is provided as per approved policies and procedures and standards.
• Performing emergency mechanical repairs as requested in timely manner.
• Implement maintenance plans for the whole destination based on the yearly budget.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering within a facility context.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing infrastructure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook, ACAD.
