We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in architectural and interior design, with proven experience in preparing detailed construction drawings, material specifications, and coordinating between office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop construction drawings and detailed technical documentation.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
Specify finishing materials and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of locally available finishing materials in Egypt.
Collaborate effectively within the design team and coordinate closely with the site team to ensure design intent is achieved.
Support in resolving technical issues that may arise during project execution.

Job Requirements
2–6 years of proven experience in architecture or interior design in Egypt.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of 3ds Max is preferred (not mandatory).
Solid understanding of construction methods, finishing materials, and detailing.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
2–6 years of proven experience in architecture or interior design in Egypt.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
