Job Description

• Selling organization's products and/or services by bidding on projects.
• Assists in defining markets, market potential and appropriate sales strategies for the area.
• Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies.
• Formulates, communicates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical sales plans.
• Provides coaching and development activities necessary to ensure successful execution of plans.
• Interacting with customers on a daily basis, maintaining current customer relationships as well as developing new ones.
• Assists staff in dealing with specific target audiences such as distributors, contractors, industrials, and utilities.
• Coordinates sales activities in various sectors with other areas to penetrate many sectors.
• Negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with a strong manufacturing background
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience is preferred
• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
