Key Responsibilities:


Ericsson Charging System Operations:

  • Monitor and maintain the Ericsson Charging System (CS) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Perform routine checks, system audits, and health checks on Charging Nodes (CCN,AIR, OCC, SDP), and other related components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging processes, including real-time charging, tariff configurations, and rating scenarios.
  • Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the Charging System is up-to-date with the latest software releases and security protocols.

Ericsson Mediation System Operations:

  • Manage and maintain the Ericsson Mediation System, ensuring seamless data processing between network elements and the billing system.
  • Monitor mediation workflows and processes, resolving any data discrepancies or processing errors.
  • Configure and maintain mediation rules and interfaces to support new products, services, and network elements.
  • Collaborate with network and IT teams to integrate new network elements and data sources into the mediation system.

Ericsson Provisioning System Operations:

  • Oversee the operation of the Ericsson Provisioning System, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of customer services and products.
  • Monitor provisioning workflows and processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact service delivery.
  • Implement changes and updates to provisioning rules and configurations as required by business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support new product launches and service modifications.

Ericsson Voucher System Operations:

  • Manage the Ericsson Voucher System, ensuring the availability and accuracy of voucher generation, distribution, and redemption processes.
  • Monitor voucher system performance and resolve any issues related to voucher management, including inventory, activation, and usage.
  • Update voucher system configurations and manage voucher campaigns to support marketing and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to reconcile voucher transactions and ensure accurate accounting.

Ericsson Customer Integration System (CIS) Operations:

  • Operate and maintain the Ericsson Customer Integration System (CIS), ensuring effective customer data management and integration with other systems.
  • Monitor CIS performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Manage customer data integration workflows and processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Work with IT and customer service teams to support customer data requirements and enhance system capabilities.

System Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively monitor the health and performance of all systems, identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and changes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze system data and metrics to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Respond to system incidents and outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to restore services.
  • Maintain incident logs and problem records, documenting issues and resolutions to improve future incident response.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage escalations and communicate status updates during major incidents.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, including configuration details, process flows, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all system operations are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in audits and assessments to demonstrate system compliance and operational excellence.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Ericsson Charging System, Mediation System, Provisioning System, Voucher System, and CIS or similar telecom platforms.
  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, including real-time charging, mediation, provisioning, voucher management, and customer integration.
  • Proven experience in system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a telecom environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
