Job Description

• Assist with the development of QA Policies and systems. 
• Review and process all purchase orders in accordance with company policy
• Provide quarterly inspection data and quality assurance reports to senior management
• Provide engineers with necessary analysis tools
• Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
