We’re looking for an LLM Engineer to help drive innovation in Arabic Natural Language Processing. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in training, fine-tuning, and scaling Large Language Models (LLMs), especially on Arabic datasets, and who thrives in building production-grade AI solutions.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (e.g. LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, GPT) on Arabic text corpora.
• Optimize model performance through prompt engineering, quantization, and evaluation.
• Build distributed training workflows using frameworks like DeepSpeed or HuggingFace Accelerate.
• Develop APIs and scalable inference endpoints using Python-based backends (FastAPI, Flask, etc).
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver real-world NLP features.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, transformer architectures, and RAG pipelines.
• Work with multilingual tokenizers, embeddings, and alignment methods.
• Ensure ethical and secure use of LLMs in production systems.

🎯 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or LLMs.
• Strong understanding of deep learning, transformers, and NLP architectures.
• Proven hands-on experience with training/fine-tuning LLMs using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with HuggingFace Transformers library.
• Experience with distributed training and GPU optimization (DeepSpeed, Accelerate, etc).
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic and deep understanding of Arabic linguistic structures.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and RAG-based pipelines.
• Experience deploying models via APIs in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
