Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join Deloitte’s engagement with Onebank, Egypt’s first fully digital bank. The role focuses on driving agile delivery across value-add services such as utility, support, and lifestyle offerings. The Scrum Master will guide cross-functional teams, ensure Agile principles are applied, and help deliver innovative digital banking services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering utility, support, and lifestyle service features.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and help remove impediments to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and prioritize business value.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
• Track and report on team performance, delivery progress, and metrics.
• Act as a servant leader and ensure alignment with Deloitte and Onebank’s digital banking goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with banking, fintech, or digital services projects (preferred).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
