Working closely with the Head of Brand & Content Marketing and Social Media Manager, you’ll support the execution of brand campaigns, create and send marketing emails, update website content, manage influencer gifting logistics and track campaign performance.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, detail and getting things done. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day content execution while gaining exposure to brand storytelling, social media, and campaign coordination.ResponsibilitiesContent & Campaign ExecutionSupport the rollout of brand campaigns across social, email, and web.Create and send marketing emails, WhatsApp, and push notifications.Update website banners, product pages, and blog posts as required.Coordinate with freelancers/agencies on campaign deliverables.Assist in preparing campaign wrap-up reports with performance insights.Influencer & Ambassador SupportAssist with influencer gifting logistics, deliveries, and tracking.Maintain updated spreadsheets for ambassadors and UGC (user-generated content).Support influencer reporting and asset repurposing for campaigns.Social & Community SupportSupport the Social Media Manager with daily posting, engagement, and UGC reposting.Help moderate community comments, DMs, and mentions when needed.Spot opportunities for content repurposing or customer shoutouts.Design & Content AssetsExecute creative briefs using AI tools or Canva to create simple assets (ads, email banners, posts).Liaise with external designers or freelancers for larger campaign needs.Ensure assets are properly stored, tagged, and version-controlled.Reporting & AdminTrack links, discount codes, and campaign KPIs.Update dashboards and provide weekly summaries.Support wider team with task follow-ups, meeting notes, and file management.Minimum Qualifications2-3 years of proven experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS/CRM) such as WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent.Strong ability to create, edit, and manage marketing content across multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, email).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data.Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.Design skills with Canva or equivalent creative tools.Familiarity with Meta Business Manager for paid social campaigns.Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.BenefitsMedical Insurance Yearly Airfare Allowance 1 FITT Meals main meal per day Educational Allowance Monthly MEALS Bonus Join FITT Meals and be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming how people access healthy, delicious meals!Must have skillsMarketingEmail ToolsWebsite CRMContentGood to have skillsKlaviyoCanvaMeta Business Manager للتقديم الان
