Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end furniture production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate concepts and technical drawings into manufacturable products.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on the workshop.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure finished products meet design specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Create detailed shop drawings and specify the nature, quantity, and quality of materials required and select suitable materials (wood, metal, accessories, paint)
- Produce cutting lists needed for furniture and woodwork production.
- Familiarity with a reasonable amount of industry techniques in a way that enables you to calculate product manufactures
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and manufacturing technologies to enhance production capabilities
- Follow up the production phases with technicians.

- Bachelor Degree of Faculty of Applied Arts or equivalent
- At least 3 year of experience in Furniture/Product Manufacturing
- Well-organized.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, or other design programs.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Supervising orders in the production processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient time.
- Request All needed material for the orders.
