You‘ll make an impact by:
- Technical Expertise: Possess understanding of Siemens Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, and provide advanced technical support to customers.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Leverage your experience in water, oil, and gas, and petrochemical industries to understand the unique challenges and requirements of these sectors and provide tailored solutions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing complex issues, optimizing Siemens Automation systems, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Service Operations Support: Collaborate with the service operations team to address related service requests, incidents, and escalations and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Problem Resolution: Independently resolve intricate customer issues related to Siemens Automation systems and provide guidance to less experienced engineers when needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of Siemens Automation service activities, including configurations, installations, and resolutions.
- Prepare technical reports for management and customers.
- Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring less experienced engineers, sharing your expertise in Siemens Automation systems and industry-specific knowledge. Technical Training: Stay current with Siemens products and services, attend relevant training sessions, and keep up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and performance optimization.
- Safety: Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed in the context of the service activities.
