Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell our sales app to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting in-person meetings, demonstrating the product, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new B2B customers in assigned territories through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demos with business owners, sales managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate features or subscription plans.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Report daily field activity and customer feedback to the Sales Manager or CRM system.
- Represent the brand professionally and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B outdoor/field sales (1–3 years minimum), preferably selling software, apps, or digital solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with daily travel and in-person client meetings.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps or SaaS products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
