Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Customer Service Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt.
Some work from home is acceptable. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining a high level of professionalism, providing technical support when necessary, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a call center or customer care role is a plus
