Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at MetLife Egypt. The role is based in New Cairo with some work from home acceptable. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling life insurance, health insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management products. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable insurance and financial solutions. The Salesperson will also be tasked with conducting market research, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and convey complex financial products
  • Proficiency in market research and lead generation
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
