A fast-growing agency is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to call USA homeowners via phone and email. In this role, you'll be calling leads on behalf of our clients across the tree service industry to book high-quality appointments. Every day is different—and you’ll never be bored!

Responsibilities:

• Call client leads to maximize appointments booked

• Qualify leads to ensure a strong fit before booking

• Schedule booked estimates between leads and our clients

• Follow up with leads and help move them through the sales process

Requirements:

• Fluent English or proficiency level of C1 or higher

• Positive attitude and people-first mindset

• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions

• Stable internet (min. 20mbps download / 10mbps upload)

• Stable electricity

• Good quality headset

Schedule & Pay:

• Must be able to work on rotating shifts (all EST): 8am - 12pm, 12pm - 4pm, 4pm - 9pm

• Once assigned, your shift will remain consistent each week

• Pay: $100-USD base salary per month plus $3-USD per booked appointment

• Opportunity for additional hours and bonuses based on performance
