Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fluent English Customer Service Representative located in Giza. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, providing product information, processing orders, and assisting with technical support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
Fluent English speaking and writing skills is a MUST- Experience in customer service and support is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Technical proficiency with various customer service software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is beneficial
- Experience in the service industry is a plus
- Can work from office (EL-sheikh Zayed)
- Flexibility with rotational shifts is a MUST
