Planet Tours, one of Egypt’s leading travel and tourism companies, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process reservations for individual and group bookings.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
• Ensure all reservations and quotations are recorded and updated in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth trip execution.
• Support the operations manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in reservations, operations, or quotations within the travel industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
