Responsibilities


-Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

-Manage filing systems, records, and correspondence

-Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

-Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.

-Assist with purchasing office supplies and services.

-Assist procurement team in daily reports


Qualifications

-0/1 years in administrative or office support roles.

-Experience with document handling, scheduling, and office software.

-Good writing English language

-Proficiency using Microsoft office programs (especially Excel)

-proficiency using power BI is preferable
