We’re looking for a Patient Experience (PX) Representative who will play a key role in ensuring smooth patient coordination, accurate scheduling, and timely communication. ✅ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage patient schedules across WebPT and ModMed.
- Create and maintain patient profiles in ModMed.
- Verify insurance eligibility to ensure active and covered status.
- Process and send MRI orders daily.
- Monitor and retrieve results from Lenox Hill portal; follow up on any delays.
- Check nerve test results across company portals and shared drives.
- Ensure timely patient communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with providers and the internal team to resolve scheduling or result delays.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, or a related field.
- Willingness to work US business hours.
- Graduate of any field (healthcare background is a plus).
