Key Responsibilities

· Review tender documents (drawings, BOQs, specifications).

· Prepare RFQs for suppliers and subcontractors.

· Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

· Prepare technical queries and clarifications.

· Participate in site visits and tender clarification meetings.

· Develop technical proposals in line with client requirements.

· Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and on time.

· Regularly update price and cost databases.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).

· 3–5 years of experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical tendering.

· Strong knowledge of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, water, electrical systems, etc.).

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, and CAD.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

· Strong communication and time management skills.

· Knowledge of the local market and regulations is an advantage.
