Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role based in Cairo, Egypt, focused on targeting and growing our client base in the UAE market.

You will be responsible for driving outbound sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to hit sales targets and contribute to Venu’s continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in the UAE market
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Understand client needs to effectively position Venu’s solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process and deliver value to clients


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
  • Business Development experience in the UAE market is required
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
