About This Role

We're hiring a results-driven Performance Media Buyer to manage both our paid campaigns and organic social media. Your primary goal will be to maximize ROI by planning, executing, and optimizing our advertising efforts.

This role also involves managing our organic social media channels to foster community engagement and strengthen our online presence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Campaigns

  • Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to hit our targets for attracting and retargeting customers.
  • Constantly track and improve campaigns to ensure we're getting the best possible results.

2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up tracking to accurately measure how our ads are performing.
  • Analyze the data (clicks, costs, conversions) and find opportunities to improve.
  • Create easy-to-understand reports on campaign results for our team and clients.

3. Organic Social Media

  • Manage our day-to-day presence on our social media accounts.
  • Create and schedule content during periods between paid campaigns to keep our community active.
  • Engage with our followers and maintain a consistent brand voice.

4. Creative Strategy

  • Work with our creative team to brainstorm and develop ads that grab attention.
  • Test different ad designs and copy (A/B testing) to see what works best.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
  • Portfolio: A strong plus if you can share examples of successful campaigns or media plans you've worked on.
  • Platform Skills: Expert knowledge of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using analytics tools (GA4, tracking pixels, UTMs).
  • Social Media: Proven ability to manage and grow organic social media channels.
  • Mindset: You are both creative and analytical, and love using data to make smart decisions.
  • Organization: You can easily handle multiple projects and budgets at the same time.
