Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Turkish Language Reviewer - AI Trainer and help drive the next generation of AI-powered language solutions. In this flexible, remote, part-time role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Turkish language and communication to evaluate, refine, and boost the linguistic quality and authenticity of AI-generated Turkish content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess AI-generated Turkish content for linguistic accuracy, fluency, and naturalness.
• Identify and distinguish between native and non-native Turkish writing and speech samples.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to enhance AI understanding of Turkish grammar, idioms, and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize AI voice models, focusing on accent recognition and pronunciation clarity.
• Analyze and annotate textual and audio data to maintain high standards of vocabulary and authenticity.
• Contribute to the development of quality assurance frameworks for Turkish language output.
• Document evaluations meticulously and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to advance AI language capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level Turkish proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen ability to identify and evaluate Turkish regional accents and dialects.
• Academic background in Turkish Studies, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for language quality.
• Experience in content review, language assessment, editing, or related linguistic roles.
• Proven skill in delivering clear, actionable, and constructive feedback.
• Self-driven and able to produce high-quality work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI training, speech data annotation, or machine learning projects.
• Familiarity with voice technologies or developing linguistic resources for Turkish.
