Job Title : Horeca Section Head

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the food service channel in alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee chef Manship and application management to enhance product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support regional performance.
• Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
• Responsible to acquire new food service accounts for the Company.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
• Identify market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Strong Food Service contacts
• Able to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business results and developing markets.
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
• Responsible to approve and critique promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
• Develop and execute effective HORECA account-specific Sales programs.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Away-From-Home / Foodservice / HORECA Sales / FMCG Sales / Distributor Sales
• Proven track record in managing foodservice operations and driving business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and verbal skills in Arabic.
