About the Role:
We Print Your Gift is hiring a Sales Moderator to join our team full-time. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders on the Odoo system, and supporting the sales process to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and messages across platforms.
- Moderate comments and respond to clients professionally.
- Record and manage orders accurately in the Odoo system.
- Follow up on sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Fast typing skills and accuracy in handling data.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support (preferred).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Odoo or any ERP system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
