Moderator – Customer Support & Order Management (Full Time)

About the Role:

We Print Your Gift is hiring a Sales Moderator to join our team full-time. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders on the Odoo system, and supporting the sales process to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and messages across platforms.
  • Moderate comments and respond to clients professionally.
  • Record and manage orders accurately in the Odoo system.
  • Follow up on sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Fast typing skills and accuracy in handling data.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support (preferred).
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or any ERP system is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Commitment to full-time working hours (from … to …).
