Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracting Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Contracting Manager will be responsible for negotiating contracts with hotels, maintaining relationships with current partners, and expanding the company's network of accommodations all over Egypt. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, ensuring competitive pricing, handling contract renewals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans.

Qualifications

• This applicant should be available in Cairo, Egypt
• 5 – 7 years of experience in hotel or travel services contract negotiation and relationship management
• Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry
• Proven success in negotiating and managing contracts in multiple destinations
• Analytical skills for market trend analysis and competitive pricing
• Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing a team on-site and remotely.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with B2B booking systems
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits, contract negotiations, and industry events

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic contracting plans aligned with business goals and market demand.

- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreement

- Lead negotiations with hotels, DMCs, and other travel service providers to secure the best possible rates, availability, terms, and exclusive deals.

- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure high service standards and long-term cooperation.

- Expand the destination and product portfolio by identifying new opportunities and sourcing new suppliers.

- Oversee contract implementation, ensure timely loading of content, and coordinate with product, data, and operations teams.

- Manage, train, and mentor a team of contracting executives, providing guidance and support.

- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and internal contracting procedures.
