We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience in the software industry to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition, with experience in software and technology marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and ultimately customer acquisition for our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, and paid media) to drive leads, conversions, and product adoption.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and the customer journey.
2- Demand Generation:
- Develop demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize lead nurturing, segmentation, and targeting efforts, improving lead-to-customer conversion rates.
3- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Work with content teams to create high-quality, engaging content tailored to the software audience (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics).
- Promote content across various digital platforms and ensure it drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
4- Customer Insights & Analytics:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to measure campaign performance, track customer behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
5- Digital Marketing & Automation:
- Oversee SEO and SEM campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and user engagement with our software products.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows, to effectively nurture leads and drive product usage.
- Implement marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline marketing activities and improve lead management.
6- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the software market.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork:
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop cohesive go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement efforts.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows to engage potential customers.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) products and the software buyer's journey.
- Excellent English written, verbal, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress).- Experience in the B2B or enterprise software space.
