🎯 Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Calibration Specialist (Fresh Graduate) eager to start a career in a highly specialized and rewarding field. The successful candidate will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to advanced calibration and validation activities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing calibration activities for instruments and equipment.

Support the preparation and documentation of calibration protocols and reports.

Record and analyze calibration data under supervision.

Collaborate with validation and quality teams to ensure compliance with GMP & ISO standards.

Learn and develop technical expertise in calibration processes and systems.

🧩 Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science – Physics (strongly preferred).

Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

Strong willingness to learn and grow in calibration and validation.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

Detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
