Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, developing tailored travel solutions, and ensuring long-term partnerships. This role requires strong sales expertise, deep knowledge of the travel industry, and excellent relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing corporate travel accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at decision-maker level.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations with corporate customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track market trends, analyze competition, and adjust sales approaches as needed.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel programs, expense management, and travel management.
