Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personnel Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Personnel Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records, processing payroll, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating communication between staff and management. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and addressing employee grievances and conflicts.
