TechLine is looking for a motivated Project Management Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key in supporting our Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery to our clients.
Job Description:
· Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
· Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
· Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones, highlighting risks or delays
· Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure follow-up on action items.
· Support in preparing progress reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
· Ensure adherence to project governance processes and standards.
· Handle vendor management, including coordination of RFPs, reviewing quotations, and following up on POs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related roles.
· Candidates with a strong technical background in IT, infrastructure, network security, information security, or software development who are interested in pursuing a career in project management are also welcome to apply.
· Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills with attention to detail.
· Good communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills.
· Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
· Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
· Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity, and information security will be a strong plus.
. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
