Role Details:

Develop and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies across projects — and oversee them through to completion.

Generate creative concepts for photoshoots and supervise the production process from start to finish.

Provide overall artistic oversight across all digital platforms and the website to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Actively design and oversee visual content for campaigns, advertisements, branding materials, digital assets, and more.

Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate impactful ideas, then follow up to ensure strong execution and results.

Oversee, guide, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

MUST HAVES:

Experience: 4+ years in art direction or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing both individual and team-led projects.

Strong creative skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.

Flexibility and adaptability in managing tasks and deadlines
