Job Description

* Review tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify project requirements.
* Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
* Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing and proposals.
* Evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ offers to ensure compliance with tender specifications.
* Prepare technical and financial proposals for submission.
* Follow up on tender clarifications, RFIs, and liaise with clients/consultants as required.
 

Job Requirements

* BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* 1–3 years of experience in MEP tendering/estimation.
* Previous experience in swimming pools, fountains, and water features projects is a strong advantage.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and cost estimation tools.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
